DCM Hyundai Limited has its extensive and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at Faridabad, near national capital, New Delhi, INDIA.The Manufacturing Facility is equipped with excellent infrastructure in Design, Fabrication, Painting, Testing and Quality Standards to cater to the requirements of Hi-Tech Fabrication Industry. Some of the Hi-Tech Products developed by the Company are : Mobile Bridge Structure, Trailer-Chassis, Pallets and Bins. Supplies from this World Class Facility have also been made to Petrochemicals, Defence, Shipping, Leasing, Reputed Road and Rail Transport Organisations.
The Plant also has Prototype Test Facilities at par with International Standards for New Product Development and Testing. The sophisticated handling equipment deployed in-house ensures quick and safe movement of the products.The Factory has its own Power House for 100% in house supply. |

The Company has successfully designed
and pioneered the production of Containerised Modules for specialized applications viz
; for housing - Gensets and Transformers for power generation and
distribution sectors, Asphalt Plants for the Road based projects
of the National Highways Department, Gas Turbines and Gensets for
the Defence Sectors, Equipment and Stores for Oil Exploration Companies.
These Containerized Modules have a variety of unique features like
noise and heat insulation, operating load characteristics in terms
of vibration and weld strength, intermodal transport capability,
safety and environmental compliance. |
